Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions') are binding on the individual or legal entity ('You/Your') who makes a booking ('Booking') and the temporary accommodation provider named in your confirmation email ('The Confirmation') ('We/Us/Our'). These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the ordinary course of law, and apply exclusively to all Bookings made at Our establishment.

You confirm that you are over eighteen (18) years of age and that you have the right and legal capacity to make and pay for Your Booking.
 
Lifestyle and use of the premises 
 
In order to guarantee the tranquillity of the premises and the comfort of the guests, respect for a certain "art of living" is required of all. 
 
It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and inside the house. You undertake to respect the instructions of good manners which will be indicated to you and the present general conditions of sale. Proper dress is required in the common areas. 

You undertake to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of your stay and to declare systematically, and to assume financially, any damage for which you are responsible.
The attention of guests is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
No noise pollution will be tolerated after 8pm. 

Reservations

When your reservation is confirmed, a reservation number is sent to you by e-mail. This booking number is required if you wish to cancel or change your booking at a later date. You will also be asked to quote this booking number as a reference in all your communications with us.

Your booking will be deemed to be definitive when you have received our confirmation and, depending on the payment terms indicated and accepted by you, we have either collected the full value of the booking or have been able to guarantee your booking by means of a credit card. Indeed, to be valid, your booking must be guaranteed by a credit card.

Rates

​

Rates are quoted in the currency indicated on your confirmation and at the time of payment of your booking and include VAT or other applicable taxes. The price of the booking is based on the number of persons, number of nights, dates and type of rooms specified in your confirmation.

Any additional products or services specified at the time of booking are also included in the total value of your booking. The rates quoted on your confirmation do not include any additional charges, purchases or services incurred by you during your stay.

Availability

In the rare event that we are unable to provide you with temporary accommodation as described and in accordance with the terms of your confirmation, we will offer you alternative accommodation. If the price of the alternative accommodation offered is lower than the advertised and prepaid price, you will be refunded the difference. If the price of the alternative service is higher than the advertised price, we will pay the resulting additional charges, provided that the quality and nature of the alternative service is reasonably comparable to the original service offered in your booking.

Arrivals and departures

Check-in and check-out times are specified in your confirmation. If you wish to arrive outside the times stated in your confirmation, please contact us directly to reconfirm your arrival time. If Your arrival is later than the normal or expected time of arrival, without prior agreement with us, we have the right to cancel Your reservation for the entire stay and to charge You the cancellation fee stated in Your confirmation.

Changes and Cancellations

The terms and conditions for amending or cancelling your booking are set out in the 'Cancellation Policy' section of the confirmation sent to you by email.

If you cancel your booking after the cancellation deadline ('Deadline'), the full cancellation fee specified on your Confirmation, including, where applicable, any additional products or services forming part of the booking, will be payable.

Failure to arrive on the day of arrival is deemed to be a complete cancellation of your booking for the entire stay and we are therefore under no obligation to ensure that the selected temporary accommodation remains available.

If you change your booking, number of occupants, dates or room type ('Modification') the rates may change. If you request a change and we are unable to accommodate it, your booking may be cancelled. If the cancellation occurs before the deadline specified on your confirmation it may be subject to the late cancellation penalties specified on the confirmation.
